The information you provide on this form is collected by the National Charity Today Awards™ to administer menu choices, dietary requirements and event catering for the Gala Lunch. It is shared with the hotel responsible for food preparation and allergen management, and with the event organiser. Your menu choices may be amended until the stated deadline, after which the information is finalised for catering. Personal and dietary information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for catering and event administration and is then deleted, subject to any legal retention requirement. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the organiser.
